Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Benefits Advisor located in Riverside, CA, with some work-from-home opportunities. The Benefits Advisor will support employees and businesses by presenting Aflac's insurance products, educating clients on employee benefits, and assisting in the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, engaging in sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in ongoing training to stay informed about company products and practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Employee Benefits and Insurance to assist clients in choosing the right products
  • Proven skills in Customer Service and resolving client inquiries effectively
  • Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience conducting Training to educate clients and employees on benefits
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
