Role Responsibilities

• Communicate the Value of Aflac’s Products & Services
• Generate Sales via Networking, Referrals & Cold Calls
• Schedule & Conduct Employer Presentations
• Educate Employees on Benefit Options & Support Enrollment Needs
• Provide Claims Support to New & Existing Clients

Requirements

• Must be at Least 18 Years Old
• Authorized to Work in the US w/out Need for Current or Future Employer-Sponsored Work Authorization
• LIMRA 2021 US Supplemental Health Insurance Total Market Report.

This is not a salaried position. Aflac sales agents earn commissions, bonuses, residual income, and stock.
