A well-established, independent insurance agency is seeking an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their commercial insurance team. This role supports Senior Account Managers in servicing commercial accounts and is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, values accuracy, and is looking to grow within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Account Managers with day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts
• Assist with new business and renewal marketing efforts
• Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial clients
• Review policies, endorsements, and coverage details for accuracy
• Assist clients through the claims process by providing guidance and support
• Maintain accurate client files, policy documentation, and communication records
• Provide administrative and back-office support, including data entry and clerical tasks

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Broker/Agent license
• Sponsorship or probationary options may be available for the right candidate
• Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience required
• Prior experience as a CSR, Account Manager, or Sales Support preferred
• Basic understanding of commercial lines products, underwriting, and coverage
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Associates degree or higher preferred, or equivalent work experience
