Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Behavioral Therapists to join our team. In this role, you will provide individualized therapy and collaborate with families and other professionals to promote positive behavioral change. • Bachelor's degree OR in the process of obtaining.

Job Description

• Collect data and complete program checklist and calculating the correct statistics based on data collected throughout each session
• Attend quarterly staff meetings and professional development meetings
• Attend to other duties assigned and/or approved by the Clinical Supervisor and Program Director
• Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification
• Maintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for the vehicle.
• Stand, sit twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, & sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance from another adult

• Candidates are paid for 12-hour training program
• On-line classes are being provided in collaboration with National University for a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
