Hiring Manager Job Title: Director of Operations and Logistics Manager

Primary Location: Perris, CA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pack and load products into vehicle according to company's specifications
- Deliver/Pick up orders to/from customers on assigned routes in a time effective manner
- Maintain ongoing communication with our Logistics department.
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Be able to drive for extended amounts of time
- Be detail oriented
- Driving time would range from 6-12 hours.
- Ensure all order paperwork is signed, completed
- Providing a high level of professional customer service to dispensaries
Qualifications/Requirements
- Valid California State Driver's License (must pass MVR check)
- Must pass criminal background check
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- 3 years of commercial driving experience
- Punctual and persistent while maintaining a never give up, positive attitude
- Self-motivation and the ability to work well with others
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively various audiences
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Requires the ability to sit (while driving)
- Must be ok with driving at night
Benefits & Compensation
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K after 90 days of employment
- Compensation: $20/hr - $21/hr (depending on experience)
