Experienced Roofer (TPO)

Now Hiring: Experienced Commercial Roofers (TPO Specialists)

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our growing team. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing experience, with proven TPO installation experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience
• TPO installation experience is required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing and able to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more
• Reliable personal transportation for job sites throughout Southern California
• Possession of personal roofing tools is a plus
• Must be able to sit, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor as required by the job

Location

• Projects throughout Southern California
• Office located in Lake Elsinore, CA

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on commercial buildings
• Inspect roofs to identify damage and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Apply waterproofing materials to prevent leaks
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with TPO roofing systems
• Knowledge of commercial roofing materials and installation techniques
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
