Wireless Account Associate

We’re seeking an opportunity driven, customer-focused Wireless Account Associate to represent our clients across the San Bernardino region. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in both sales and customer engagement and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

As a Wireless Account Associate, you’ll play a key role in qualifying prospects, promoting our clients services, and delivering top-notch service while learning the ins and outs of a high-performing sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow sales skills in order to successfully execute engaging sales presentations to prospective customers on behalf of our clients
• Collaborate on strategic sales plans to identify and prioritize key areas within your assigned territory
• Participate in sales and customer outreach campaigns and programs to drive customer acquisition and exceed sales targets
• Identify, qualify, and enroll new customers on behalf of Frontier Communications
• Work closely with leadership to understand client needs, challenges, and industry trends to recommend tailored solutions
• Deliver engaging product presentations and clearly communicate the value of services to potential customers

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or sales (preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• A professional and positive attitude in both customer and team interactions
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Eagerness to learn and adapt across different areas of the business, including technical tasks
