Front Office Lead / Office Manager (Bilingual Preferred)

Pay: $28-$32/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (5 days/week) + 1 Saturday/month (production-focused, typically 9am-1pm)

We're seeking a stable, experienced front office leader who wants a long-term dental home-not a short stop. Our best fit is someone who takes ownership, stays steady when things get busy, and brings positive energy to patients and the team.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus.What you'll do (patient-centered responsibilities)

• Welcome patients and keep check-in/check-out smooth and respectful
• Answer phones professionally and follow through (no dropped calls, no missed callbacks)
• Schedule with intention-protecting the doctor's time and helping patients commit to care
• Support paperwork completion so patients don't get stuck or confused
• Coordinate with the clinical team so the day runs organized and on time
• Keep the office flow steady even when schedules shiftWhat matters most to us
