Assembler worker/Manufaturing Worker/Machine operator

Position: Operator I

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Status: Non-Exempt

Work Location: Temecula, CA 92591

Pay Rate (Based on Experience)

• 0–2 years: $19.25/hr
• 2–5 years: $20.00/hr
• 5+ years: $20.75/hr

Shift Schedule

• Start Time: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM
• End Time: 1:30 PM or 2:30 PM
• Must be flexible to work 8- or 9-hour shifts
• Start times may vary
• Shifts may end as late as 6:00 PM

Overtime

• Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at time and a half

Position Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required
• Medical device experience preferred, not required
• Not acceptable experience: warehouse roles, forklift drivers, material handlers, Amazon-type positions

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Must pass an eye exam and color vision test
• Any planned vacations or time-off must be disclosed during intake

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required for training and communication

Skills & Abilities

• Comfortable working with microscopes
• Ability to read blueprints, follow policies and procedures, and interpret technical documentation
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Skilled in using hand tools for part handling and manipulation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk up to 10 hours per day
• Must be able to crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull as needed
• Strong visual acuity including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
