1st Shift Cement Block Stacker/Yard worker

Pridestaff is currently seeking a 1st Shift General Labor/Cement Block Stacker for an open bay manufacturing company located in Riverside, CA. This is a full-time, contract to permanent position with opportunity to grow. Please see job requirements below to be considered.

• Pay Rate: $17- $18.00
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 6am to 3pm (overtime required)

Job Summary

This a General Labor position in an open bay manufacturing facility that produces masonry and concrete building materials.

Essential Functions

• Shovel gravel.
• Stack or move masonry products such as pavers, cinder blocks, or concrete blocks.
• Sweep or Yard Clean-up.

Minimum qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months experience in a construction or manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs continuously.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and pull throughout the shift.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Must have and wear steel toe shoes throughout shift as well as wear assigned PPE (Hard hat, safety glasses, etc.)
• Must be willing to submit to an oral drug test prior to start.
• Must be willing to join Union and get hired after 90 days.
