Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist – $35 BOE

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or an experienced ABA therapist interested in becoming certified. This position involves providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and related developmental needs. Candidates without RBT certification but with relevant experience may be eligible for company-provided RBT training and support through the certification process.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect and record session data.
• Support clients with communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavioral goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and participate in ongoing training.
• Uphold professional standards, punctuality, and strong rapport with families.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Current RBT certification.

Acceptable

• ABA experience without certification (training will be provided).

Additional requirements

• Experience working with children or adolescents.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma required; relevant college coursework is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
