Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Analyst for our Moreno Valley site, who has work experience in a Production Environment. Someone who can work on their own, excellent with Math, Percentages, Excel pivot tables, V-lookups, and also versed in PowerPoint.

Hours are generally M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm, but you must have a flexible schedule with flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating and maintaining production files
• Preparing the monthly production report and chart summaries.
• Responsible for preparing presentations for production may require basic analysis.
• Assist the production team and provide support needed in the clerical capacity.
• Assist Plant Manager to follow up and liaise with the production floor.
• Data entry production reports
• Prepare and communicate Shift Report on production results
• Support Maintenance department
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Data entry employee evaluation monthly reports
• Support Production Supervisor and team
• Collect production data and distribute it to Inventory Analyst
• Prepare maintenance work orders
• Assist Distribution with Pull-kit Procedures

Education and Experience Background

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years’ work experience in a production environment.

Skills and Knowledge

• Solid Word, Excel and PPT skills, proficient in Microsoft office.
• Good communications skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Strong Math skills
• SAP

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
