Dialysis Nurse (RN) in Riverside, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis treatments including hemodialysis, pheresis, and chemo infusions.
• Monitor and manage IV infusions and related equipment such as dialysis machines and IV pumps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Respond to emergency situations using BLS and ACLS protocols.
• Adhere to unit guidelines and maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Current RN license with active credentials.
• Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Prior dialysis experience is essential.
• Emergency Room or Intensive Care experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system and chemo certification are advantageous.

Schedule

• 1 to 2 days of on-call responsibilities.
• Flexible to float to other units with similar or lower acuity if needed.
