Under general supervision, to safely escort school children across a roadway within a marked crosswalk, and to do other work as required.

Crossing Guards have responsibility for the safe crossing of school children. Crossing Guards receive necessary equipment and detailed instructions and guidance relative to traffic and crossing safety policies and procedures from appropriate District staff.
