Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This role is vital in shaping our organization’s talent management, employee relations, compliance, and overall human capital strategy. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and HR best practices, with a proven track record in supervising HR teams and managing complex programs. As a key member of senior leadership, you will drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, ensure legal compliance, and support organizational growth through effective HR strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict management, and performance management processes to promote a productive work environment
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives
  • Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, payroll processing, and compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Lead HR sourcing efforts utilizing ATS platforms like Taleo, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors to attract top talent
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws such as FMLA, OSHA standards, and other relevant regulations
  • Conduct employee evaluations and manage HR data collection and analysis for strategic decision-making
  • Supervise HR staff and coordinate HR program management including change management and process improvement projects
  • Oversee HRIS systems such as ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Oracle HCM for accurate data management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management and organizational development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supervising HR teams with strong leadership skills in human resources management
  • Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and benefits administration
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, UltiPro, Oracle HCM or equivalent systems (e.g., Ceridian)
  • Strong negotiation skills along with experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and employee evaluation processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects including program management, process improvement initiatives, and budgeting responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills for effective presentation of strategies and training programs to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, data analysis skills for workforce metrics tracking, and change management processes
  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in Human Resources or related fields are preferred

Pay: $160,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
