Responsibilities

• Prospect, follow up, and nurture leads provided to you
• Guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process
• Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and open houses
• Write and negotiate contracts
• Stay informed on local market trends and inventory
• Deliver world-class client experiences from start to finish

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, coachable, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Experienced or new—we’ll help you succeed.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with high earning potential.

We offer competitive commission splits. Our team members typically earn $80,000–$150,000+ per year, depending on experience and effort.
