Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vasanth Nagar ,Bangalore, for a Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. You will identify and fulfill staffing needs, develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, and provide support during onboarding and training to ensure seamless integration for new hires. The Recruitment Specialist will play a critical role in developing positive employer branding and fostering strong relationships with potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Experience in conducting effective Interviewing and assessing candidates
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present opportunities effectively
• Understanding of Training best practices to support onboarding processes
• Ability to work onsite and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus
• Prior experience in recruitment within the food and beverage or nutraceutical industry is advantageous
