Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, posting job openings, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and HRIS data entry.
  • Process employee changes, benefits enrollments, and compliance-related updates.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help coordinate company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

1-2 years of HR experience or internship experience highly desirable.

Strong understanding of HR administrative processes and employment practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
