Key Responsibilities

Design and implement recruiting processes for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

Own full-cycle recruiting for various clinical and corporate roles while developing tailored sourcing strategies

Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve practices based on data and feedback

Required Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in digital health or high-growth startups

Experience in recruiting both clinical and non-clinical roles at volume

Strong process and systems orientation with the ability to build recruiting infrastructure

Experience managing third-party recruiters or agencies

Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to shifting hiring priorities
