Job Description

Overview of the Position

The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for issuing material to work orders and technicians, as applicable, receiving parts into stockroom, maintaining shelf life on material issued from stockroom, maintaining inventory appropriately, and maintaining the stockroom in clean and orderly fashion. The Stockroom Clerk has the responsibility and authority to perform assigned tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Issuing out parts, recording trace on work order packages, and changing step coeds as appropriate
  • Verifying all received material in to stockroom ha the appropriate packaging and labeling.
  • Issuing and maintaining records in regards to quality controlled documentation issued to personnel.
  • Issuing tooling to personnel and receiving it back in to stockroom.
  • Pulling parts for New Production Orders, Sub-Component Work Orders, and PMA Production Orders.
  • Ensuring a clean working environment.
  • Running Expiring Material reports as directed and removing material from stockroom when expired.
  • Maintaining consumable material.
  • Issuing rotable components to pick tickets as required.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Education / Experience Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-3 years of related training or experience.

$18.00 - $22.00 / hour
