Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in business development, manage accounts, and grow in a sales environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, negotiation, and analysis skills to support our growth in both inside and outside sales environments. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence through effective lead generation, cold calling, and strategic territory management. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for territory management and business development to increase sales opportunities.
- Conduct outside sales visits, including cold calling prospects and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Perform engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, emphasizing value propositions aligned with customer needs.
- Identify potential leads through various channels, including lead generation techniques, networking, and market research.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for analysis and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, with a focus on technology sales, management, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to perform effective product demos, conduct thorough market analysis, and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling.
- Experience with inside sales, outside sales, or both, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with territory management, account management, and strategic planning to optimize sales efforts across designated regions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze data for insights that inform sales strategies.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
